Be a SunnyBeams Dance & Tumbling Teacher!

We are looking for reliable teachers and assistants who are passionate about working with preschoolers and have a background in dance, gymnastics, or cheer.

  • Pay: $20-$35/class

    Assistant’s Pay: $20/class

    Teacher’s Pay: sliding scale $25-$35/class based on the number of students in the class

    Duration: 45 minute classes

    Job Type: Part-time

    Start: Oct, Nov or Jan

    Multiple positions available.

    Year round employment, with the option to increase or decrease the number of classes in the summer.

  • ☀️ A friendly, energetic, positive personality

    ☀️ Experience and interest working with children ages 3-6

    ☀️ Daytime weekday availability (classes are M-F 9am-5pm)

    ☀️ Organized, timely, responsible and reliable!

    ☀️ Dance, gymnastics, OR cheer background is required.

    ☀️ Must have reliable transportation and must be willing to drive to different schools in North County SD (primarily Encinitas)

    ☀️ Must be at least 18 years old

  • ✨ We’ve refined our curriculum, teaching philosophy, and how we train our teachers with hundreds of kids and teachers alike.  We know what works, and we will train you to run fun and impactful classes.

    ✨ We provide props, music, mats, choreography & lesson plans

    ✨ Flexible scheduling. Works great around college class schedules and provides breaks throughout the day to run errands, study etc.

    ✨ On-going training and opportunities: if early childhood education and entrepreneurship are interesting to you beyond a part time job, we have full time positions and provide training and opportunity that can serve you beyond the classroom.
